When I had some health issues and my doctor thought I could have congestive heart failure. It turns out I am fine, but it is sure motivating me to get healthy!!

Well I don't believe in cheat days, for me my quest to become healthy is 24/7. I just try to be aware what I am eating or drinking. And if you have a off day so what you just get back to it the next day. My mindset is this is a marathon, not a race.

Yeah I think the artificail sweetners are of the devil. I use Truvia, it is stevia and you can buy it in the store. Much better for you than anything artificial.

Yeah you will have peaks and valleys, I will either lose 2-3 per week or I will maintain my current weight. Since I have been on MVP I have not gained any back. But drinking your water for weight loss. Well it is for me anyway. Good luck in your journey!

I would have to agree with Sharon, the support sysytem is something I never had before and it really makes a difference. And I now think as food as fuel for the body instead of just another meal..

I love using the elliptical for my cardio, I have had 3 knee surgeries so they are low inpact on the joints. I can burn thru 500 calories in a 30 minute workout session.

I have a android, I love it would never switch to a iphone. It is just more customizable, the app market is about equal in quality apps. I like the ability to make my phone the way I want, not the way Apple wants it... Call quality is good, no real problems. I am going to upgrade later this month and pick up the Droid…

Yeah when I shop I always include alot of leafy greens. I try to stay away from anything that is processed or has any artifical sweetners. Any when it comes to protein, I get lean cuts and trim as much fat off as possible.

Yeah the great think about living where I do- near Seattle,WA and specifically in King county is that they passed a law where all resteraunts have to post nutritional info. It is amazing what I thought was ok, turns out to be terrible. I am still shocked that it is hard to find a meal with low sodium.
