Don't quit weights training your legs. Smaller weights at 3 sets of 15 reps will help tone your legs. So will Pilates and Yoga. If you can learn a little ballet, ballet and Pilates is all about long lean muscles. To bulk up the muscle, do heavier weights 1 or 2 sets of 5-8 reps.

This is a very hard challenge!!!! I lost again last night.... I had a piece of pie and some frozen yogurt at 9:30pm after taking my boy to urgent care. I was doing really good, now, I am back to day one....:grumble: :ohwell: I will try to do better for longer this time.
