I am going to try to get this board back up and running again. My first bad habit I want to change is eating/snacking after 7:00pm TODAY will be day 1. I will work on a new bad habit every 30 days. I have gained back almost all that I lost too. I had some medical issues and I was without internet for a VERY LONG time. I haven't tried the ezekial 4:9 bread. I was told to try Udi breads :heart: them!!!! I haven't found a low carb wheat free bread or wrap though. La Tortilla makes a "gluten-free" wrap that tastes pretty good. I'll have to try the ezekial 4:9 bread next time I buy bread.

Do some wraps using wraps by La Tortilla company. You can find them in the natural food section of your grocery store. They have several low carb / high fiber wrap flavors. They are AWESOME!!!!
