Well, last night I had a snack at 9:30!!!! I haven't been to the gym in over a week.... 12 days under the belt. Have been sooooooo busy with school and family that I haven't been logging in my info, but I have lost 2 more pounds. Yeah!!!!!

Night before last I did the cardio setting, level 1, 60 minutes, 3.17 miles, just a little over 900 calories..... That is my highest burn to date!!!! Didn't go last night. Going again today though.

I have been a bad girl about exercising this last week. Tonight I did 45 minutes + Cardio Level 1 = 600 calories in the dust. I have a 1000 calorie deficit after all of the exercise I have done today. Wanda

I am off to the gym with my 32 oz of water and then a quick stop at the grocery store to get milk, rice milk, soy milk and juice. Oh yeah, Yogurt too. For some reason it is so easy to screw up when I don't have so many days under my belt.... I am going to pretend I am trowing a lot of nights if I eat after 7:30. I am going to be strong the rest of the month so watch out everyone... I am motivated!!!

The more you weigh the more calories you burn.... in 60 minutes I can burn 800+ calories at a good clip. If I am lazy and go slow.... I still burn 650 or better. I weight 154 right now!!! Yeay me! I do a 45 minute cardio-kickboxing class and I put it under the kickboxing thing to. I usually burn around 500 calories. I don't get hung up on exact numbers... I just guessed on taking %'s back.... I only went back 5% on each of the scales. My fiber, I really kicked up (I entered 35... by my friends recommendation). I tried it an my ticker stared moving again.... But Hon, it seems like you have been extremely successful doing what you are doing.

Alice, I went into the goal setting area and did it manually. I set my calorie intake down just a little, but I lowered the fat % and the carb % and my sodium.... Thanks for the tip.... I usually do the free step for 30 minutes, but I put a 6 inch+ foam step (from the 90's) under the board... it fits perfect and it doesn't move at all and then I really work up a sweat and can really feel it in my calves..... they are getting ripped again like when I was a cheerleader and danced 6+…
