I just saw a thought on another thread.... When you want to eat after your cut off time, do a craft project... a tie blanket, a scrap book page, needle work, whatever your interest. Even if you sit down and write a letter or two to extended family or friends. Just another thought anyway.

I usually binge when I have a couple drinks.... I then want pizza, mozzarella sticks (the deep fried type), Burger king, Candy bars, Beef jerky or beef sticks. When you feel tired, walk to the copier or the water cooler or to the bathroom to put some cold water on the back of your neck and on your face. The colder the better.

I think I forgot to mention that when I do the step aerobics on wii fit I put an older 6" step from my fitness routine in the 80's underneath it. That makes it an 8" step. WhoooHooo

I love Rayman Raving Rabbids also!!! My hubby bought Rapala fishing..... Totally useless. He hates it.... The totally fake fishing on wii play is better.. So don't buy the Rapala game... it is all advertising about their lures and you can only fish with their lures.

I just figured out that the glass that I have been counting as one cup is really 22 ounces. WOW!! Makes my water consumption much more doable. I filled it and poured it into a measuring cup to find out how many ounces. The bottle I take to the gym is 32 ounces. WOW!

Some elliptical machines are built for different framed people. I have a hard time finding one to buy because they don't "feel" comfortable. I like the ones at the gym, but the ones at the store feel like they are made for people that are way taller than me. Elliptical machines burn calories like no buddies business!!!
