I went to my son's college graduation this weekend and saw a woman in leopard skin spandex and a thought came to mind....."I could actually pull something like that off in a few months......not that I would want to do but it is nice knowing I could IF I wanted to".

I was on the road all day yesterday coming back from college gradutation. I weighed in this morning at 160.4 and understand if my weigh in cannot count. I don't think there was any loss. Thank you.

I just started with some of my DVD's and from what I can tell, this is definitely going to help the thighs. I believe the initial start to the challenge is June 1st but from what I gather, many of us had the DVD's and have been doing them. I haven't been doing them every night but I did some Monday and Tuesday and Today. I am going to follow the calendar once the challenge begins. Good luck!!

Last night I went ahead and tried Cardio Axe and High & Tight......loved both of them!!! I did High & Tight without the ankle weights but I think I can handle it next time!!

I created a weight loss schedule that give me little rewards along the way.....for every 10 pounds lost. The more I lose the bigger my reward gets. My ultimate reward once I reach my goal weight is a shopping spree and I set aside a certain amount of money from each paycheck for that shopping spree!!!

This past week things finally just came together it seems. My weight has been trickling off but I have stuck with it and was surprised how much I lost this time around....which was a little over 5 pounds. I am excited. Congratulations everyone!!!
