I just finished my 1000th minute! I am so proud of myself for doing so much exercise this month! I just can't believe I did it!!! It was sometimes a push, but even running today I barely broke a sweat. I can tell I am in much better shape and I have lost a few inches! Great work everyone!!! Thanx for making this challenge!

I have those days too, but I just move on and stay on track and then I tend to feel really good on other days. It all balances out. 40lbs is amazing!!! You can continue on and it will get better. Are you doing any toning exercises? That could help a lot!

Thank you!! I just finished 50 minutes so up to 912! Just 88 to go!! yay!!! Pushing it to the last few days, but I am just proud of myself for exercising as much as I have! I hope we have a Dec challenge of maybe 1200 calorie minutes? =D or even just bump it up another 60-100 minutes =D! I need this motivation!

862 done, 138 to go.....this challenge has really helped to keep me focused and I will reach 1000.......just 46 min a day for the next 3 days......I can do it =)

Yay! Thanx for sharing! I am a recovering chipaholic.....I haven't eaten much of them because of how bad they are! I will definitely be getting some of these to enjoy! =D

I def stay hydrated, I have noticed personally that I can run longer stretches when I am hydrated, so I do keep up with my liquids prior to and after running =)

thanx all! I will have to try stretching and see if that does the trick, if not then I will be looking into official running shoes (though I will probably get new ones anyways)

I will have to check for a New Balance store. I know it sounds lame, but I was taught by a previous coach to not stretch before running bc the muscles need to heat up......so thats what I am used to, if it makes a difference tho I will stretch beforehand.

Just calves. I push a stroller while I run bc I take my son with me, I tend to use 1 hand on the stroller and the other is in the typical running form. I have only been running a few weeks off and on, but I have recently became more hardcore, with an everyday run vs a few times a week.

I know my friends dad would boil it ( I guess to open it?) and then we would just eat the meat. I hate processed coconut, but the fresh was AMAZING! Havent had it in so long!

I loved loved loved my short hair!!! I changed the color a few times and I just loved it. I am growing my hair out long right now since I have never really had it below my shoulders, then I plan to go back to this hair cut and just cut it all off eventually =).

I know a friend of mine posted she had a low carb/low cal yogurt and put a spoonful of cocoa powder in it, it was 68cals total I think. She said its delicious! I havent tried it yet since she just posted it yesterday, but it def sounds good.

I dont really plan it. I try to make sure I behave during the week though bc on the weekends we are always out and busy, so I tend to eat a little more junk.
