Sugar fee pudding (dry mix) is a great way to thicken too. My favorite is 1/2 package sugar free white chocolate 2 Tbsp. peanut butter almond milk ice (protein powder if desired) Blend into a white chocolate Reese cup smoothie. When bananas are darkening, put them in the freezer and they are great to add to smoothies too.

I've been having the same problem. I talked to a PA yesterday and she said to eat the # of grams of protein that you'd like to weigh. In other words, if you'd like to weigh 150, eat 150 g protein per day. She also said to limit carbs to 45-50 g per day. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
