Hello ... I was last here 2 years ago doing well. At the moment I am questing to do well again. I would love to join again ... I am going to pledge 5miles for the rest of the month ... but fully understand if I need to wait until next month before starting. Good to see that this group is still going so strong :drinker:…

I keep a Slim Fast powder mixed with skimmed milk powder in my bag. I'm terrible at thinking ahead and if I don't do that I either eat rubbish or don't eat at all and then eat everything that doesn't move too fast once I get home! I simply mix with water when I'm hungry and have a glug... A better alternative for me.

I can't get past this message: You haven't accessed the Google Play Store app (the white shopping bag app icon) on your device with this email account. Learn more. Can anybody help? I've clicked on what I think is the white bag MANY times and keep going round and round in circles. I hate being old!

Like the idea of run keeper but they don't make it easy to download!

Busy googling like mad to find these! :-)

Thanks!

Like you I lost a load (congrats) and then didn't manage to keep it up. I ate better than before but that was easy... My dietary habits were GROSS 2 years ago! I kept trying to come back and just didn't manage for more than a day or two so I decided to ditch it and give it a break for a while. I hopped on the scales and…

I was 239lbs, down to 213lbs when I started here. Have lost about 66lbs. Would still likee to lose another 13lbs but with work and other commitments at the moment it's not happening quickly! One day at a time, one ounce at a time! I'm still here every day - tend to not do so well on weekends but that's just how it's…

A while ago I was in the 'zone'. I would do everything that needed doing and then go for a run between 1 and 2 am before getting up between 6 and 6:30am to go to work. I just CAN'T do it at the moment! For now the best I can do is moving fast from one job to another while I'm at work... For that I wear flat shoes! I also…

Why not?

Reminding myself to come back and read this later! Hope nobody minds.

   For someone who hates exercise this is going to be HARD! Work has gone mental - somehow I could MAKE myself go running at 2am before, now I just need sleep! I'm feeling a yoyo moment coming on! :frown: I'm at work for the day but will be back to see what others think later. Thanks for the info 'Geek' I…

What that person said about the cow... That's an understatement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) AWESOME lady, AWESOME!!! :flowerforyou:  :flowerforyou:

I'm also a pear! People tell me that I've lost enough and should stop now because my face looks too thin. (Gone from a D to a B cup... OK, I'm HOLDING on to the B!!!) I am however still borderline overweight - I've forgotten how to look up the info on MFP would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction…

Joked about losing weight when the challenge was 'big' enough. My sister encouraged me to log my calories one day, 'just because'. I think it was the 26th August last year. The totals made my eyeballs pop out and that was a day that I thought wasn't 'that bad. Things have changed a lot since then!

Well done OP! Each person needs to do what's right for them at the time. Many people here suffer from eating disorders, not simply over or under eating. WHY do people feel they need to stick to 1200 calories? Is there an issue? The unsupportive comments and jabs at people who feel the need to stick to 1200 calories, I…

Mon 11/26/12 09:42 PM QUOTE: Meh. I'd still eat it. lmbo me too! This! ***PUGH! Used to be able to make quotes and even quotes of quotes but no idea anymore!

I'm yoyoing at the moment... Not good! (Well, I don't think so anyway!) Round about this time last year my eating habits were set for weight loss. BUT When I was seriously making changes and exercising I ate back some calories when I was hungry but tried to not eat back junk. I never made a big deal of eating back my…

Nutella with or without sliced banana. Mix it in slowly or it just lumps!
-
Thanks for this! I've moved house a few times and my once accurate scales have taken a battering! Always weigh on the tiles in the bathroom so don't think that's the issue.

I'm not Asian but your profile pic makes me laugh... We have a Sikh lady at work whose theory is that Muslim women make great bakers. (Evidence at work proves her point... I work in a VERY mixed environment and the Muslim ladies can bake up a storm!) If you don't mind me asking, are you Muslim and did you bake that yummy…

Get back on those scales... :-) I used to tell myself that I would go on diet when I'd set myself enough of a 'challenge' - I know, pathetic but true! Now when I fall off the scales I just remind myself that I was setting myself a challenge and I've just increased the challenge! I've fallen off for a day, month, even a few…

If you want to keep calories so low - many will argue against it... Eat less fruit (grapes are very high in sugar) and more veg - celery sticks, sugar snap peas etc...

I totally understand that thing of NOOO time or motivation to exercise. I'm going through the same thing. A while ago I wouldn't go to bed without going for a jog 3-4 times a week. It meant that I was out at 1 or 2 am and I was managing. For some reason I just CAN'T do it at the moment. Taking all the energy I've got not…

Yes, it's possible. It's also possible to go the other way again too and stop being allergic again! (I did, to prawns.)

Take a look at my profile and add me too if you like!
