Thank you! I have to say it was mostly from doing Jillian Michael dvds, i absolutely love her. i started with 30 day shred, then ripped in 30 & i'm now doing Banish fat boost metabolism and No more trouble zones alternating . And def some running at least 2-3 times a week. I do have my calorie goal set to 1200 and i used…

I'm with you. I liked Ripped in 30 better too.

I prefer AM workouts as well, because i can plan my food intake around how many calories i burned. It also makes me feel good and energized for the rest of the day.
