Hi fellow Ex Pats :) I have lived in Florida for the last 9 years - different from both Denmark & Mali, I am sure. At least I get to speak English (ish) but still no Marmite! Not trying to lose a whole lot of weight - really waiting and hoping my Plantar Fasciitis improves enough that I can start running again. Steve

It's good. You'll know if you have too much Vitamin C - you'll be heading to the bathroom on a regular basis!
