So I tried this today and it was good! It was pretty creamy and actually, I think as far as the light & fits go, it's the "creamiest" of them all. It's got a good base lemon flavor with no weird twinge or aftertaste like some of their flavors do. It's not "airy" like a meringue, but it does remind me of the lemon custard…

Saw these at Shoprite and bought. Haven't tried them yet.

I use Libra which gives me a trend weight. However, if someone asks me, I tell them my lowest weight.

Quitting will definitely help you not be fat anymore. Said no one, ever. I think you should invest in a food scale and weigh your food in grams. Log as accurately as possible, getting rid of any generic entries. I think you should understand that weight loss is not linear and that the body fluctuates, all the time. I think…

Welcome to the Great Outdoors! P.S. You should probably never go camping. :) lol

This is me as well. I've found losing weight is actually quite easy. The hardest part has all been mentality and such. At least for me, it has. How is it feeling hard for you? Are you restricting too much? Doing too much exercise or going balls to the wall, etc?

Yes, it will digest whole. Have you tried cooking your veggies in 10 different ways? Having a food adventure like that might help.

I only ever recall "smoking" cheetos. And maybe pretending bugles were vampire fangs or super long finger nails.

Spinning is not as easy as it looks. Plus, it hurts your butt. I'd only do 2x a week (with a rest day in between). I don't think 4x a week would be good for a beginner. Will it help your running? It will maybe help with endurance which will be good to carry you over until you can get back into running, but I don't know…

By accepting and realizing that I'm not a super model, I'm not going to be a super model, nor do I want to be a super model. Everyone has flaws. I've learned that I have just one body and I might as well enjoy it the way it is (with all the hard work I've put into it). I'm far from perfect and I don't expect to be.

Congrats!! :)
-
Try it and if you fail, repeat the week until you can do it.

Your metabolism isn't something that gets kickstarted, rebooted or boosted. Cleanses don't actually cleanse anything. Your kidneys and liver do all of your cleansing for you and if they weren't doing their job properly you'd be in a hospital or worse. IMO, cleanses and detoxes are more trouble than their worth and…

Kiwi has alot of potassium. More than a banana, according to the package sitting in my kitchen.

Why don't they need to know? Maybe they want to expand their circle of friends or have a group with common friends. I have alot of friends who have the same friends as me. It makes for a great supportive and like-minded group. Welcome to mfp. Congrats on your loss so far.

I was overweight for both of my pregnancies. I was put in as high risk for both, but for an issue unrelated to my weight. With my first, I was pretty much the "eating for two" person. I ate whatever, whenever, and in copious amounts. I gained 45 lbs, had a 6 lb 7oz baby and that's pretty much the only weight I lost. I…

I plan for those kinds of things ahead of time and factor them into my calorie goal. Pre-logging my day helps greatly with that.
-
Could take 2 years. It just depends on your stats and your rate of loss, and factor in that weight loss is far from linear. To give you an idea, for example, I'm 5'2, 34 and when I started I was 211.6 lbs. It took me 10 months to lose 57 lbs. I was mostly doing walking, and toward the end I ventured into trail hiking (low…

ew. They ruined a perfectly good oreo. :|

Wow, NONE of those look appealing to me.

Were you counting calories when you were running? And if you didn't change your eating habits and then lowered your activity by not running, you were probably eating too many calories, resulting in weight gain. If you're not eating less calories than your body burns (based on your stats and activity level), you're not…

You put the Lime in the Coke, you nut. Heh. Honestly, coconut makes me physically and violently ill so I stay as far away from it as possible. I can't imagine living off of the stuff. It's no wonder he went derpy... I would too if I ate only coconut. It does irk me though that foods that have been around for eons are…

Yes, just counting calories. I've lost 80 lbs (and had a baby in between, gained and lost 24.6 lbs pregnancy weight as well).
-
How many calories are you eating?

Strainer? *shudder*

For me, ice cream was the deal breaker.
