How many calories are you consuming? Low energy and feeling super weak are usually symptoms of not getting enough calories.

Just be mindful of your body. Don't push yourself too hard. The first time I tried training for a 5k, I pushed myself too hard and did too much too soon. I ended up giving myself Plantar Fasciitis which sidelined me for a while, not to mention it was painful. I couldn't even stand up without my foot feeling crippled with…

I'm not really sure it's a good approach to just jump right into a 5k like that. You may end up injuring yourself from pushing yourself. There's such a thing as too much too soon. However, you might want to look into trying the C25K program. I don't want to discourage you or anything, but please readjust your expectations.…

At a healthy weight, even if it's the high end, 2 lbs a week is not going to happen. You don't have the ability to create that kind of deficit with your stats. I'm on the high end of healthy too and I can't even dream of getting that at this point. When I was obese, yes. Now I can only achieve 1 lbs a week at best. It's…

Fit it into your calories.

Hate to break it to you but losing weight is going to come from your calories in and your calories out. There's no exercise that's going to make it easier or quicker. You say you're hovering around 1500-2000 calories. That's a large range, honestly. Also, how accurate are those numbers? Are you weighing your food on a…

Make sure you're logging accurately. As in, you're weighing your food on a food scale, to the gram and using the correct entries in the food database. This is 100% of the time, the reason I don't lose weight... by not logging properly, by being sloppy with logging, not weighing my food and eyeballing it instead, etc. Don't…

Same.

Cabbage soup every once in a while is great and delicious. Cabbage soup everyday is not something I'd recommend. This sums it up nicely. Also, you may need perfume/body spray cause you're going to stink. Literally.
-
I'm the same way.

I stopped "forbidding" food. What good does that do? Probably make you want to eat them even more. I eat all my favorites everyday. I just fit them into my calorie goal. Since I have something (usually sweet) everyday, I don't crave or want to eat as much in a sitting.
-
Log everyday, no matter what, as accurately as possible (weigh your food on a scale).

Do you fancy a trip to the hospital? Because that's where'd you'd be right quick for malnutrition, exhaustion, etc. Why would anyone even consider something like that? No, you can't. You'd end up in the hospital long before you can even reach that kind of goal.
-
You can still eat your favorite foods and lose weight. You just need to work them into your calorie goal... which may just eating less quantity of them. For example, instead of eating an entire box of Macaroni & Cheese, eat 1/3 of a box. Though, to be honest, I used to be extremely picky. When I first started, I made a…

First, you JUST had a baby. That's major trauma your body just went through. It's going to take time to adjust and for things to slide back into place. Also, I hate to break it to you, but your body changes after having a baby. Your hips may get wider, your boobs may sag more after you're done nursing... etc. You need to…

My advice would be to just eat normal, well balanced meals and drink lots of water. You don't need to "detox" from anything unless you were abusing illegal substances on this cruise (because that's the only legitimate detox).

Some people like to focus on a weekly deficit and do just that. It's entirely up to you how you work out your deficit.

Like this? They taste fine. They're easy to heat. They'll have more sodium. But if you don't want to take the time to bread your own chicken they're ok. Or do you mean something like Perdue Perfect Portions, which is a bag of 5 chicken breasts, raw, and individually packaged? Which I absolutely love because they're not…

There's a thread for this already... http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10451797/friends-have-gone-m-i-a#latest Dunno what's up with it.

Because according to a study, the average length of sex is 5.4 minutes. That's hardly worth recording. Just consider it a bonus. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16422843

Are you talking about those roaster chickens that are already heated at the grocery store? If so, they're ok. Most should have the nutrition label attached. IMO, I'd rather cook one at home and have it fresh out of the oven. The ones at the grocer tend to sit half the day or sometimes you can tell it's been sitting for a…

As long as there's no huge puddles that can't be avoided... those tend to put a damper on things. I ran a 5k in some steady/heavy rain. I had to take my glasses off, which kind of sucked (I don't have contacts) since I'm nearsighted. And right at the beginning of the race was a HUGE puddle that everyone had to go through.…

Do you think that going from one extreme to another would be beneficial to you? Juice cleanses are terrible for you. You should never resort to these so-called cleanses. What you should do is give it time and just keep drinking water. Start logging your food and follow your calorie goal.
-
Eat less, move more. Following your MFP calorie goal and logging your food diary everyday as accurately as possible does wonders.
-
I would repeat it until I could do it without the stops. Pushing through may backfire. It's best to get it down before moving on.
-
I'm very confused about this statement. Can you elaborate/clarify?
-
Honestly, the adrenaline rush from running a race keeps me going. I was also very excited to see my time(s) after finishing.
-
Absolutely this. Don't change things up because of a single week. That's not nearly enough time. What if you happen to have a higher sodium day on Sunday? Or what if you're ovulating or ToM is upon you and you retain water? There's so many factors to skew the numbers that a single weigh in after a week is just not going to…

You can't do anything about your genes. You clearly don't need to lose weight. Perhaps you should look into body recomp/lifting instead.

You should not be restricting any calories at 4 weeks PP. You need to wait until your milk supply is well established have have the all clear from your OB. And perhaps read this: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10176233/gaining-weight-during-pregnancy-and-losing-it-post-partum
