Well week 1 was greatr for me down 7 lbs then along came week 2 which was bad. Had a family reunion with pasta in every dish. and leftover lasagne the next day. then we had a funeral at which the dearly departed requested wings and beers. |So by then all my body wanted was bad food. So I started at 183 and weighed in today I weighed in at 179 and still have a week and a bit to go.

I weigh everyday drives me crazy to not. However I too onlny log it in MFP if there is a change. So this week I logged Mon. Tues. Wed and not today. Do what works for you

you can add me to I have been using my fitness pal for about 4 months and have lost 25 pounds. I was just using my ipod at first so no friends and am finding now the friends really do help keep you going :happy:
