Wow! Almost everyone mentioned Cinnamon Toast Crunch. My kids love that one. A few years ago I tried VECTOR .... it was like eating a bowl of scrap metal - painful. I can't even remember the taste. ^^ you need to say this with a little more oomph ... Theeey're grrrreat!!!! :laugh:

I also love this dvd. :heart: I think it's Jillian's toughest and most thorough full body workout - but I would never do it everyday .... some cardio on alternate days would give the muscles time to recover and avoid injury. BFBM is great all cardio (no weights) workout that could be alternated with NMTZ.

5 lbs gone would be sweet. Current weight is 143 ... starting April in the 130's would make me one happy camper. Realistically, I'll probably only lose 3.

I noticed that too! OP are you pregnant? Also, I don't see any exercise calories logged ... so on a day when you ate around 1300cals, you might have burned 300-400 in exercise and only had a NET intake of 900-1000 cals ..... WAAYYY too low. Log your exercise calories and eat back at least half of them to fuel your workouts.

If you're leaning forward too much this could be causing the problem. Try sitting back in a semi-squat position so that your weight is in your heels. Push through your heels to work your glutes and the back of your legs. This should also take the pressure off the top of your foot. I love love love :heart: my elliptical.…

Slow & Heavy is a completely different beast than Pure Strength .... but after all those high rep weeks, it might be a good idea. Otherwise you could repeat the 4DS week .... Be patient. It won't be like this forever. Once your youngest starts school, you'll have a lot of time for yourself, I promise. Start training your boys from now to be helpful and independent.
