Jillian doesn't do a long enough warmup on any of her dvds. I pulled my hamstring on Level 2 of Ripped in 30 - I think she has deadlifts or good mornings in the first round ... I should have known better ... oh well, live and learn.:ohwell:

I've used this recipe for years now and it always turns out great: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/jays-signature-pizza-crust/ The brown sugar really makes a difference and I often put 1 tsp.
