Hi everyone! I just found out Im expecting, and I am thinking about tracking my cals, even though I do not plan to lose any weight of course. Is that the purpose of this thread and tracking whil pregnant? No one is trying to lose weight, right? I could see just how keeping track might help because Im already eating for two…

Do you like splenda ? I use that. Also, Starbucks sells sugar free syrups which are pretty good. You can also buy flavored coffee, and have it with splenda and fat free half and half. Thats what I have :smile:

I can tell you that I have a horrible habit of eating before bed, and Im having a very hard time losing anything;..so Im pretty sure it has something to do with it. Im sure you could still lose, but it makes it harder.

Im in the same boat...Im trying to cut down to lose weight, and also because of medication that Im on. I honestly used to drink atleast 2 days a wk....atleast 3-4 drinks. Now, I cut down to one day...and try to drink light beer. Regular beer was killin me!! I would end up drinking 1000 cals easy in beer.

I agree...but MANY people here post information that is simply not true..so it would be helpful to inform others that what they are posting is not always the case...in a nice way though.

I just rejoined one wk ago...I felt deprived and hungry the first few days...why? Because I was eating way too many calories before that...thats how I got into this mess! But then I got used to it...and I splurged a lil on the weekend with my flex points. I weigh in tomorrow...lets see if I lose anything..wish me luck!!…

yes, I guess its different for everyone. I never thought WW worked that great, thought it was a rip off, but I have gained SO much this past yr, I have to try something different, and it has worked for me in the past. I just hope I like this meeting, because there are not too many in my area!

Im thinknig about joining WW again, because Im not having sucess here at all. I need the meetings and person to person interaction. Honestly, I wish I didnt, I wish this site worked for me, but its very difficult for me to get motivated here.

I think I have decided to do both. Ill go to meetings, and log my food on WW, doing the points thing, and also log in here for extra motivation. Throw it out! Scales can be good and bad...try weighing yourself less..maybe once a month...not gonna kill you...may keep you a lil more sane though.

I never feel like Im getting a workout either on it. It is good for your knees though. Try increasing the intensity, and also doing really fast intervals. Also, try not to bounce on it ( which Im guilty of), then gravity is doing som of the work.

I found level one to be the hardest..anyone else think so? Level 2 and 3 so short. regardless...best workout DVD I have...Im sore EVERYTIME
