As a side dish I also did this - pan fried a handful of cherry tomatos in a large frying pan, then glugged on some balsamic salad dressing and filled the pan with as much chard as I could fit in without it falling over the sides, mixed it up, stuck a lid on and let it all steam cook. Kirsty this sounds soo good..Not sure…

Hey I would suggest use Greek yogurt in your smoothies..its loaded with protein. As for baking I don't really know. I hope this helps ya a little bit.

I think it can be cooked in the microwave. Will have to do some research for recipes! Winter squash is coming into season soon. Can't wait.

I don't mind the labor of it..I cook all our meals. I have mixed a little curry powder, or cumin. Most of the time I just add salt and pepper to it.

Have you every tried spagetti squash? I use it sometimes instead of pasta when I make my meat sauce. Love the slightly sweet crunch it has. YUM
