Bake them and I would make the sauce with a Smart Balance 50/50 stick instead of whole butter. Not sure how many calories you will be saving but some is better than none.

Welcome to MFP. Lots of support around here. I know exactly the feeling you had when you heard the word "Obese" except mine was Morbidly Obese. UGH. You can do this. IF you wouldn't write it down then don't eat is ..is the best advice I can give.

I love EAS. It comes in soy or whey protein. I take the vanilla, half a banana, tbsp of peanutbutter, blend with my hand blender..Yummy. I have also had Chike, love their bananacreme. It is a meal replacement protein shake,

I don't know about the weight gain thing...I don't own a scale....But I do watch what I eat cause I get massive cramps and the booobs hurt...I watch my sodium and caffine intake/

I would suggest get up about 15 minutes earlier and make a protein shake. I use EAS vanilla with a tablespoon of peanut butter and half a banana. Sometimes I will have a boiled egg and a string cheese.

Honey from what I understand there are carbs in most things we eat. I was told by my weightloss surgeon...to stay away from the bad carbs like...bread, white rice, pasta..things like that. Give it a try and see what happens. Oh was also told to eat lots of color..the more colorful the food is the better it is for you. Hope…

Hey Random...welcome to the site! I would suggest NOT skipping breakfast. I too don't like to eat first thing in the morning so I have a protein shake with berries and sometimes just peanutbutter. Glad to have you here sweetie!

I would suggest...have a high protein snack before you go..like some nuts or chicken. While at the thinggie..use small plate, have a protein and vegies..If they ask anything...Just say I am eating healthier. If they are your true friends they won't judge and will be supportive. You will do fine sweetie.

Sweetie are you able to take you lunch and snack to work. I know it sounds like a lot of work but I cook one day of the week for the up coming week. I pack my snacks..the ones that don't have to be refridgerated, my protein bars and off I go.

I love spagetti squash. I just cut in half..sprinkle olive oil salt and pepper. scoop out when cooled off enough..yum...love the sweet slightly crunchy texture it has.

I stop drinking anything carbonated in MAY. I don't miss it..well kinda :blushing: I thought my Doc was full of crap when she told me to drink 8 glasses a day. I feel better, my weight is coming off.

HOney I go thru the same thing.....It will even out ..took me about a month. Meanwhile I just count up the bathroom trips as exercise cause mine us Upstairs! lol

I checked my reports for the first time today..a definate pattern! I too have way too many NONO's around the 8th of the month.
