WOW! i'm really liking that treego place!!! have fun! That's exactly the sort of things me and my friend are trying to do this summer, trying to workout but actually get out doors, we're definitely doing hiking, (probably on mutiple ocasions), going camping, horseback riding, kayaking, (on flat water), fishing, and thanks…

wow, great job so far! I'm not sure if i could pull of being a vegetarian, but i think it was a good idea to maybe get off of the red meats. and as for me and support, have a brother that will pester me until i do some form of aerobics and since i am basically the only one cooking, i can make healthy meals for me and force…

i like the jamba juice fruit and yogurt bars, i have tried the strawberry and yogurt flavor and I love it! 90 cals, in icecream isle... though it might be more of a dessert thing than a snack.

hmmm... are these real pushups, or can i start on my knees or something?

i definitely would recomend you to not substitute 2 meals for the shakes, i do like to have them for those days where i'm constanly running or i don't have time to sit down and have a breakfast, i use either the shake or a kashi protien plus fiber bar, and for me just the shake will hold me over for that ONE meal, after…

i think that is perfectly summed up. Now i'm still working on making adjustments, but i'm becoming more aware that i can still have alot of the foods that i like (so i don't have to feel like i'm being deprived of anything good) but its about making healthy substitutions ex: cutting back on mayo, baking instead of frying.…

Welcome to MFP. Keep up the good work! and I've also found the benifits of the regular entries!

wow that's interesting... in the past i have felt that 30 days was long enough to see some kind of change, so i remeber dropping a program earlier this year, because i was about the same weight... and this time around i feared that i would stop with working out and watching what i eat, that i decided altogehter last week…

All in all... a really good weekend!!! i wasn't able to double my workout for sunday, but i got in 50 mins and burned 505 calories!! had 8 cups of water yesterday, and 6 cups today (working on the 7th as i type!) i was able to resist some yummy looking donuts! definitely made the mistake of having a beef kabob for a late…

I'm doing really well right now... broke up my workout into to four sections, completed the first hour... about to get the next halfhour done in a few mins... need to preburn a couple eggrolls... but i've actually stick to my set meals and snacks, and i'm ready to knock this challenge out today!

Fiber is also a good help, it helps you to feel satisfied longer. i suggest the fiber one cereal especially the original. the original cereal cereal in just 1/2 cup has about 14g of fiber (57% of daily amount) , 1g fat, 0g sugar, 60 cals, and it taste pretty good (and i'm not just saying that as a person in her attempts to…

1.) to look in the mirror and be able to say that "i know i look good" 2) to actually want to wear a swimming suit again 3.) to not have to always suck in my stomache 4.) to be able to show and bear my arms and back proudly 5.) to run a mile (and hopefully like it...)

for me when it comes to exercise, a way for me to stay motivated is if i can find one thing that i like to do... for aerobics i really like playing ddr (dance dance revolution) so i got a few different ddr games for variety and and i can keep distracted long enough to get a good enough workork.... so find something you…
