ideally you want to eat maybe every 2-3 hours for ex: breakfast snack lunch snack dinner (do this as often as you can) and yes defintely more for breakfast.. you are waking up after your body has practically starved for 8 or so hours... i like omelettes very easy and you just toss in what you have.

YAY!! good for you, yeah i think the same way some times which is why i have avoided hanging out with just a few of my freinds, because i haven't seen them for awhile so if i make my goal at the end of the next month, i want to see if there is a noticeable difference. um for me it depends...i'll eat some of my exercise calories if i worked alot! burn 800-1300 cals but in general i still leave a 500 calorie deficit and i don't eat more that 1800 cals in a day total on those days i work out alot... on a good day anyway, so i can at least attempt to lose 2 pounfd a week.... but my goal…

i suggest taking one day off... or at least on one of those days burn maybe 200 at the most.... 6 days a week is plenty of exercise... take the rest. But jump back in tomorrow!!!!

My mom was on it fro, feb 16 and she weighd 156 and on march 11 she was 143.... so she lost about 13 and she really didn't work out... however she pretty much stopped following it in march (last entry on march 11)... and she's pretty much gained all her weight back...

my suggestion is get a calorie counter book... i have the calorie king... i find it pretty helpful, and it small so easy to carry... but definitely i suggest a calorie book... it probably won't tell you the meals for those pariticular restaurants but if you break down your meal (baked chicken, rice, gravy etc.) you can…
