First of all don't get down on yourself. Just start. No excuses. And do the best you can. Forget yesterday. Today is a new day. Each day will make you a little stronger, and you will surprise yourself. But you must remove that self negative talk. You will do this. You can do this. You just do the best you can each day. :)

What are your results?? I love this program - I'm on day 14 - down 5.1 lbs! I don't use Shakeology either. I use whey protein

Congratulations on your results!!!! How exciting! I'm on Day 12! I love the plan and I love "most" of the workouts! :) It's really been eye opening to me because I used to be a weightwatchers leader - I know about portions but I let it slip so this has given me the "Aha"moment I needed to get back on track!

I am on day 8 - I'm down 4.1 lbs and 3.5"! I am really loving this program. Keeping my portions in check and working out daily!

SeeAmandaRun - I'm doing RI30 (for the 2nd time start to finish) I really, really like it. I've done P90X, Taebo, Bob Harper's workouts, Pilates - - but I just love Jillian's workouts. It's only 20-25 minutes. And there is a modifier in the workouts. You will love how you start to feel even in the second week! Good luck!!

Does anyone know how many calories are burned doing the RI30 Weeks 1 and 2. I've been entering in 192 calories because I am using "Circuit Training" option in the tracker, but I think I may be burning more than that (I hope). I use 5 and 10 lb weights. Anyone have an idea?

Hi DeniseJones - I am doing RI30 - which I've done before. I've also done P90X. The heaviest weight I've used for RI30 and P90X is 10 lb weights. I also do Taebo and Jillian's Yoga Meltdown. I like to keep a variety of workouts in my rotation. Don't you love Jillian's workouts?
