Hi all, new to Keto - not mfp. Been off the rails for a while, trying to make myself more accountable. Definitely looking forward to getting to know everyone and supporting each other. Please feel free to add me if you are looking for support too! I added my info to the spreadsheet tho my total percentage is not updating.…

Hey All! I'm Dawn and I am from Rochester, NY. Married Mom to two grown boys (22 and 21). I'm 5'4 and 182 right now. Working on tracking my food but need to incorporate more exercise. Have the DVD's and started this before but excuses excuses excuses. Now it's time to skip the excuses and kick them right in the *kitten*!…

Thanks for putting the work into this. It is very informative and gives a lot to think about.

I know I get frustrated when I feel like I am eating nothing but rabbit food and the scale doesn't move - then I get mad, eat junk and scale goes the totally wrong way. This leads to "screw it" attitude and I sabotage myself further. It is really hard to…

I "dieted" before and kept my old clothes - certain times I'd feel bloated or whatever and would go back to those clothes for "a day" or so - then before I knew I was back in them full time. Now I take great pleasure in donating them as soon as they are too big. NEVER going back, and I am making sure…

I have the belly - which is slowly shrinking due to lots of exercise and eating better. It is a struggle and I do…

Had the same issue - and slowly started to lose again once my levels got back up. I am going to be scheduling a follow up soon and hopefully my levels are in the acceptable range (stopped moving again recently). Best of luck to you!
