  • Are you going to eat your calories in soup? That would probably be a lot of soup. Why wouldn't you follow this site? Eat healthy and exercise and eat your calories. There isn't any miracle, instant weight loss. AND when you work out and start seeing your body tone up and get strong you can say "wow" look what I did. :)
  • Yes I noticed the same thing. It's more 'wobbly' hehee but I am doing strength training and am noticing my muscles now too.

  • Kale chips!! Hardly any calories. Wash and rip pieces of kale, dry. Toss in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, put on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Bake until almost crispy. Have that and a beer and you will still have calories left. hehee

  • Our bodies change daily. So sometimes when we stand on the scale and gain a few pounds (that is probably water) we can get upset and sabotage ourselves. Standing on the scale once a week is best.

  • Exercise that day....run uphill on a treadmill for an hour.
  • Stop drinking poison...diet pop is so bad for you. It also increases your appetite not to mention the damage it does to your brain. Juice is full of sugar. READ labels. Drink water. Plain old simple water. Do your body good.
  • I am on 1200 calories per day. I try to have 4 meals (300 calories each) I eat a lot of veggies so my meals are satisfying. eg a whole bunch of stir fry veggys with 200 calories of pasta (always brown rice pasta) then I have 100 calories to play with for a sauce or oil eg. If I'm a really hungry I eat my exercise calories.

  • My fav lunch is cooked and cooled quinoa mixed with tomatoes, cilantro, red pepper flakes, avocado and a little avocado oil. So good and really filling. I use a gluten free spelt bread the the slices are 78 calories or less and then no bloating from gluten. OR rice with sliced cucumber rolled in nori with peanut sauce

  • [-1 bag of shirataki noodles = 40 cals (in the tofu, refrigerated section near the veggies..wierd teture for some, but tastes the same as pasta) I LOVE those noodles...after I rinsed them...they had a funny odor :)
  • Nutritional Yeast is a good source of Vit. B12. I use it to flavour my kale chips. Makes them taste cheesy. I also use it to make sauces. Very good.
