i have a lot of luck with recipes for 2 (do a google search). If you're going to take the time to make something and count the calories, etc, you might as well get 2 meals out of it!

if you like beer, i drink the 55 calorie bud select. it's not great, but i feel like i get a lot of "sip time" for my calories.

My gym is doing a "Biggest Winner" competition, and at my weigh in yesterday I was at 199! I was giddy like a school girl. I started at 207.5 a month ago. Yay!!!! You can do it!
