from what i found, you can set things up to receive emails for each response. i was hoping for some notification while logged into the site. either way, thanks for all the feedback, peeps!

jersey, that's why I've never gone through Facebook either. I don't want a random "I've eaten 400 calories for lunch" post generated for no reason. Note sure that's they case, which is why I'm asking. lol.
