I just started couch 2 5K, and have repeated day one three times. Now I feel ready to do day two. I might do that a few times, too. It is easier to run after you have lost a few lbs. so don't worry. Go your own pace.

I did not quit, just went out of town and ate at restaurants, drank wine, etc. did not exercise and gained 4 lbs. Now I am one lb. OVER where I started. Something has to change, and it has to be ME. I used to eat these every day. They are so full of sodium!! So I switched to making my own lunches and making more dinner so I have leftovers. But now and then I like the Kashi meals. Lots of flavor and not as much sodium. A little spendy, so I wait for them to go on sale.

I'm a refugee from Juneau, now in Bend, OR. Today it's sunny. 88º and smoky from the fires. But we had lots of smoke this time of year up there, too. I am going to lose 22 lbs. for good this time. I don't know where my Xtra Tufs are! And I haven't worn my Goretex rain jacket since I left.
