Chest/Shoulders/ and triceps attacked...and done ! I'm not sure I ever went after a workout any harder....oh my gosh. It was my best AB-ripper ever as well. Burn ? YES. Excercise is addicting ! For me Everday is a new high. It makes ya feel soooo good. All my friends look at me like I've lost my mind when I tell them why I…

Ramona, I did my 1st round P90x early last year when I was much heavier and my knees and their swelling were a big concern. My advice it to handle Plyo very carefully. If you feel any pain with any exercise stop then and there. Modify when you can..and don't extend your kneecaps out over your feet. Which Tony says as well.…

Kenpo x for my recovery week is finished. Tried for a 500 calorie burn, but get 474. Nate: Sounds like we are on the same schedule. I do find the recovery week dull...but everybody says it's good for us. I'm going to be real jacked for Phase 2 on Monday !

Glad to be getting my Yoga on twice during my recovery week. Hmm..was checking out Core Synergistics on utube and I have a couple days this…

A HRM was the answer for me. I never realized how much I was going through the motions with cardio until I got one. Now I burn an average of 100 to 150 more calories in an hour by keeping an eye on my heart rate, and pushing myself. Good Luck !

Shoulders & arms/ Ab ripper are in the big. Time is flying. Week 3 is nearly over. This has been a breakthru week for me. I'm pushing myself so hard..and I'm seeing so many new highs ! I'm now attacking P90x instead of surviving it....awesome. I'm pushin play all the way !! Good Luck Everybody !!!

Jumped Through Plyometrics earlier today. Tuesday night is my total body soreness night of the week...but not nearly as bad as week one. I will be ready for shoulders and chest Wednesday afternoon. I weighed today as well, and was a pound or so heavier than before I started. This mirrors my 1st P90x round last year. I'm…

3rd week of Chest and Back/Ab Ripper in the books. Jacked about my workout...met my goal of doing more total pushups than when I finished my first round of P90x last year ! Wahoo ! Actually considered skipping the recovery week...cause I don't feel like I need it. HOWEVER, after some research...it appears that muscle…

Week 2 complete !! My reps tell me I'm improving. However my Yoga flexability and stamina have along way to reach were I was back in October. At 47...I think I need to make Yoga a priorty even after this round of P90x ends. Maybe do some different videos to keep it fresh from time to time. Oh well week 3 today...."lets get…

I completed a round of P90x and a round of P90x2 last year. Injured my middle finger, and waited in a splint just doing cardio for it to heal for about 12 weeks. Hope I'm not too late...I started my new round on Feb. 11. I will be subing in p90x2 Yoga for the original. It's only around an hour long. I feared the soreness…

High blood pressure, Diabetes, and being 46 and waking up in the morning feeling 66. After 2 weeks of healthy eating, getting on the scale and losing 6 lbs...which made me realize I didn't have to starve myself to drop weight....I felt like I had found the keys to the Kingdom !!!!

I finished P90x and P90x2 this year, and my wife is on her second time with Jillians Shred. I bought her ripped in 30 as her next logical step since it stays within her time constraints and is tougher. So I would say Ripped or Body Revolution if you have more time to invest. Good Luck !

HI, i'm on day 73. I've followed the program exactly except for a week with the flu....and a week of strained quads from softball. From a guy who couldn't do 6 good old faishoned push-ups to doing clap pushups and one handers is pretty amazing ! I've lost 8 lbs and having tightening abs with the guns beginning to show in…

Yes. you can certainly handle the first 2 workouts which you can do til you get the stamina for 3 and 4. I read somewhere that it is recomended 1 and 2 be used for up to 40 days....or until you feel ready for 3 and 4.

I'm 5 10 and have lost 78 lbs in 345 days. I set my sights on 1780 calories and have stuck with it. MFP will ask you to adjust your goals if you target amount of weight loss per week changes. My weight loss of course has slowed as the pounds have came off... though I am still going down. I consider this a lifestyle…

I cook eggs with it as well Yummy. I have very fine hair dry hair. It works better for me than any conditioner I've ever found. I work in with my hands an hour before shower time. Then regular shower with Shampoo. My hair stays under control... and feels awesome. Terry

I think water maybe just as important to give you that full feeling than actually loosing weight. However I'm sure being super hydrated helps keeps me from leg cramps during workouts. I couldn't sip 8 cups of water a day. However, I have no problem chugging them like a beer. Made a bad old habit into something good !
