Hi in Hypo as well. Been at my goal weight of lower 180's since July of 2012. I started my journey at 282 lbs. I eliminated all all my other meds beyond my hypo pill. I go in every 6 months to my Doc's office to make sure I'm still at the right dose. Good Luck !!

Resistance bands are the answer if your looking to avoid the pull up bar. I've did several rounds with the bands before buying a pull up bar. Basically jump up or use a stable object to get your chin above the bar....then hold as if you are at the top of your pull up as long as you can...and sloooowly lower yourself to the ground. I've heard "you must be starving yourself" and your too skinny !! A bunch of times. I'm 5'10 180...I mean really. I think it's because overweight has become the norm in our society.

My 90 days are done ! Awesome !! I have about a month until vacation...so I'm just going to repeat P90x Phase 1 again. Then decide where to take my workouts next while lounging on the beach for a week !! Nate: Go get em !! Insanity is some serious stuff !! Rock it !!
