  • Last week 168.4 This Week 167.6 This is great! I am so happy to see the scale moving in the right direction. I will never see 170 again. It has been tough, I have had no exercise at all for just over a week now due to a running injury. Doc said "maybe" by then end of this week I can start taking short walks. I sure hope…
  • Well crap. 1/8 168.4 1/15 168.4 :) I watched my weight fluctuate so much this past week. Friday I was down 1.5 pounds and Monday I was up 1.5 pounds so I'm just happy that I didn't have to post a gain. Here's hoping that no loss this week sets me up to have a two pound loss next week. :)
  • Starting weight was 169 This morning was 168.4 I'm totally okay with this because my goal was half a pound a week since I only have about 20 to take off. Slow and steady will win this race!
  • Great! I burned over 600 yesterday with a four mile run and then an hour long yoga class! Today is a 6 mile run and then a fitness test so I've got this in the bag. :) Good thing, too, I am still thinking about those bacon pancakes...
  • I'm weighing in this morning since I plan to partake in a little (or a lot of) champagne tonight. :) I'm sure I will be bloated in the morning and I don't want to start off losing 3 pounds of water weight and make it look like I am actually doing more than I am. My official start weight for 2013 is 169.0 My official goal…
  • Slightly snarky (slightly pudgy) but have held back for far too long. Would love hilarious friends to help out with those ab workouts that I avoid
  • Run my very first half marathon in March! focus on clean, conscious eating. My body can't perform if I don't fuel it right. :)
  • I'm in! I am looking to lose about 1/2 a pound each week, but I could really use some new friends and some support. My weight this morning was 170 and my goal is to be 148 by December 2013. I am running my first half marathon this year and want to add more weight training and yoga to reduce my body fat from 28% to at least…
  • That's awesome!! My first 5K time was 53 minutes. :) I ran one on July 4th and got my time down to 39 minutes!! Next step, under 35. You should be so proud!
  • Bump for breakfast tomorrow!
  • That is fantastic! That's a GREAT time. :) I ran my first one back in April and have done one a month since then. I absolutely love it and can't wait to have a collection of race bibs!! I get so excited when I have another packet come in the mail. I'm still working on my time (my best was right at 40min) but I get a little…
  • I just had a huge salad while I caught up on all I missed during the holiday and now, I want a MIM!!!! Lemon? That sounds heavenly. :)
  • November Goals I don't want to give muself too much, so just a few so that I can truly out my focus towards them. 1. finish 30 Day Shred ( giving it another try) 2. No eating anywhere with a drive-thru (means planning ahead and making better choices) 3. Drop another inch from my measurements.
  • 10/25 14,584 I'm beat today,not sure if I will make it.
  • Cool! Looking forward to it this time around!
  • It only gets easier if you stick with it and push yourself a little harder each time. Everybody is different, so what's easy for you may be a killer for someone else. :) The first time I really tried for 30 days straight, I was so incredibly sore the first few days that I thought I would die. Then the soreness went away!…
  • Awe, shucks. :blushing: It really does feel good to see those numbers. I know without a doubt that I FEEL better when I'm low carb.
  • I was thinking of trying again in November myself! I got sick last time and lost my momentum.
  • Thanks for all the input everyone. I upped my carbs and finally went back into ketosis. Nope, doesn't make sense to me, but I'll take it. I'm taking in between 30-35 net and although I broke up with my scale, I can tell that things are moving better. Now for the good news! I found a post it note with my measurements from…
  • 10/24 12,482 And that was after I forgot to wear my pedometer during my rehearsal! Wonder what my real step count would have been?
  • Must have been something in the air! Was up late with a sick kid then slept on the couch (not well) and didn't crawl off the couch until almost noon. Had late rehearsals and had full intentions of getting on the treadmill when I got home, but was just too dog tired. 10/23 4,537
  • Mine is Suzan Dees, maybe it's a little easier to search for me? I still can't find you. :(
  • Awesome!! My hubby is an app developer as well. :) he's the one who introduced me to Fleetly. I really do love it.
  • I'm 5'7" and my highest weight was 170 something. I'm currently 157 and this is where my body loves to stay. It doesn't want to be another weight. I have been stuck here every time I gain and lose. So my first goal is just 150. Then I will see what happens, I have to convince my body that it will be okay!…
  • 10/22 12,081 Was a long day. Spent some time on the treadmill, then took my daughter to a Halloween party, then she came home with a fever so I ended up running out for Tylenol late.
  • Well, poo. I thought for sure someone here would have that MAGIC answer!! I went ahead and upped my carbs for today. I purposefully went over by having a wonderful breve latte at Starbucks. It was wonderful. Yes, wonderful. I also oinked out on a handful of almonds and a cup of strawberries. They seemed like such a…
  • Jennmoore3, I tried to find you, but my search is coming up empty. Liss416, you joined a lot of challenges!!! I just hit 60th on the sit up challenge today! Going into the 50's tomorrow!
  • I've used the ketone strips. Usually go into ketosis after about 72 hours of 20 grams or less. I don't count calories, but since I track them, I usually net around 1500. I'll open the diary back up, but I have to admit, I didn't track dinner the last two days, if i have a chance, I will go back in and add them. It was a…
  • 10/21 11,147 I feel great! Was a little sore the first couple of days, but totally manageable. :)
  • Hello low carb friends, I'm in need of some support today. I've been doing induction (20 net) for a while now and nothing. I'm not new to this rodeo, so yes, lots of water, lowered my sodium. MIM's for breakfast for the fiber, etc. I kept thinking the whoosh fairy would stop by, but no. The deal is, I've done induction off…
