I don't think anyone answered your question? Your NET CALORIES needs to be AT LEAST 1200 for your body to function correctly. So if you eat 1300 a day, and burn off 1200, than you're going to have to eat 1100 more.

Honestly, I know it's bad for you to have tons of sugar... buuuuut, fruits are VERY high in sugar and if that's where it's coming from I wouldn't be worried. I'm at 48g of sugar today, ALL from fruit.

Bread, chips, sausages, lots and lots of pasta, cheese sauces, everything Mexican, Chinese.. lol everything basically.

Oatmeal, peanut butter, protein shakes, avocado, any nut, bananas, yogurts, whole grain pastas, high protein breakfast cereal, use extra virgin olive oil while cooking, potatoes, etc. etc. - all things super healthy, but on the higher calorie side! Good luck reaching your goal!

COMPLETELY naked! Take out all my hair pins and everything! At the doctors I have them weigh me backwards, because I know it's not true (since I usually wear big sweaters, jeans and super duper tall heavy shoes).

In the exercise section there's a walking (walking dog) option, and I always count it. So you definitely should!

I would log the higher weight, just because you don't want to log the lower one and realize you were actually the other weight (even if you were you can relog it!). My scale does the same thing, and I think it's because it just needs new batteries. :) Good luck!

Actually 15 pounds in a month isn't that bad at all. Just stay around 1100-1300 with all healthy foods and exercise four times a week. If you don't focus on the weight itself and don't stress over it, the easier it'll come off.
