Wow! It is a big deal. Sometimes having just those last 10-20 lbs to lose is the hardest (I'm learning that right now.) I'm a little shorter at 5'8" but I love seeing your pics and how I hope to look when I reach my goal.

Do you have any classes at your gym? Body Pump is a great one for beginner's strength training.

I agree with the others as well. Also, try cutting out the booze and substituting it with fruits and veggies.

I'm 5'8" and my goal weight is now 139 (just want to see those 130s!!). Currently at 153.

I've had the same thing happen to me. Several years ago I was 200 lbs and lost about 40, never quite getting to my goal weight of 155 (I'm 5'8"). Now, years later, I'm back on track and now weigh lower than my original goal weight. But....now have a new goal weight of 139. It does make me wonder if I'll ever be satisfied…
