I also have big boobs but HOORAY HOORAY since dropping 71 lbs. they are going down. I was a 44DD and now I am a 40D. I hope to be a 36C or smaller when I reach my goal weight cause that is what I was when I was around 158 which is NOT my goal weight but I thought they were an average size...I am ok with average :bigsmile:

I weigh 213 lbs. and I built my endurance with high cardio workouts. I run about 19 minutes (1.5 miles) with a very short break in between that involves fast walking. Besides the shin splints I get afterwards I am usually good. Just have to keep breathing in an out and telling yourself YOU CAN DO THIS :bigsmile:

My goal is to lose 140 lbs. and so far I am down 70 with no crazy dieting technique or surgery or teas, etc. Just plain eating and exercising. You can do anything you want if you set you mind to it :wink:

Zumba dvds are definitely easy to follow so that would be great for you to start. Later you may be able to find a class and perhaps take one cause you will see the difference. It is more lively and you just push push push. Either way Zumba is amazing and will get you to where you want to get :flowerforyou:
