I do the Zumba Cardio party workout at home when I don't go to Zumba class.....It is a great workout & I love every minute of it.

hey you have'nt lived until you've tried ZUMBA. I used to workout at the gym 5 days a week, now I do ZUMBA classes & its the most awesome workout ever. I invited my daughter (age 25) and she loves it too. Shes going to classes to be instructor as a matter of fact. Just try it one time you'll be hooked. Good luck!

hi there, just read your food diary and I'm not sure if this will help but Our trainer says to always pair a protein with a carb & this helps kep sugar levels from going up & down. This process keeps your body from storing fat. You might also try changing the types of food you are eating. water is very important

my counsler reccomends that you always pair protein when you eat carbs. For instance, when I eat blueberries I eat cheesesticks or walnuts or some other protein at that time.
