  • I'd be happy to have more motivated friends to support each other. I want to lose around 10lbs, but need to seriously up my fitness regime again (martial arts, biking, running and recently a bit of bouldering). Happy to be friends with anyone who is supportive and dedicated.

  • Wing Chun and Escrima on and off. Would love to do it more regularly, but moving a lot due to my work and it is difficult to find good schools in some places.
