When I eat with my family I'll do the following: I'll ask how things were made so I can estimate as best as I can I still weigh and measure as much as possible (I don't carry a scale around but at this point I have a good idea) plus everyone has measuring cups handy. OR I'll add extra exercise that day so I can enjoy…

I started last July and have lost 62 pounds. That's living realistically and flowing with the ups and downs of life. Thanks to MFP and all the friends I've made here.....the support is AMAZING!!! Good luck....you can do it!!!

tzatziki sauce. they sell it at costco and it's SO yummy on a wrap or salad with chicken, turkey burgers or whatever kind of meat you like. It's low in fat, calories and BIG on taste. Take it from this mayo addict!

Same here!

Hebrew National makes a killer low fat hot dog, that and light hot dog buns and you're in! I'd also do grilled chicken, maybe marinate some shrimp or seafood if you like that and make yourself some prechopped salads and put them in portion sized Ziploc bags....add a lil dressing right in the bag and shake. Good luck!!!

Food, sex and some kind of recreational activity ie. sports, wood working, movies, music....whatever works. other than that, it is us women that are the complicated creatures. Men=Simplicity!

Me too but went into the day knowing it. I haven't had too many of them but you so have the right attitude! Right back up on that horse today and forget yesterday ever happened.....EXCEPT the part where the Jets beat the Patriots  that I'll never forget! Plus I will punish myself with additional exercise today :)

Beer and wings....I just do them in more moderation now. I love mayo but downgraded to light. Half & half in my coffee is a MUST!

I do it all the time and it's not lame at all! I also weigh and measure all my stuff and after seeing my results they are all so supportive! I'm doing the 30 DS as well so sometimes I'll throw in another 20-30 mins of cardio so I can afford the little extras  Good luck and keep up the great commitment!
