I still eat pretty much all the things I love, but just in moderation. I love sweets and wouldn't be successful if I tried to full on cut them out, I would just end up gorging. So I just save some calories for what I want.

I do, if you want you can add me for support :) I have lost a lot of weight, then gained some of it back etc etc. However I seem to keep getting stuck at a certain number which my body just likes to keep my weight at. It's a struggle....... but I am determined to get it under control.

I have used the Sustagen big tins for a while now, those are really tasty. However since I am watching my carbs I have switched to Natures Way Instant Protein, it's $15 for a smaller tub, but has less carbs and calories and a lot more protein. I just put in a bit of water in the frying pan with the mushrooms and onions, and put a lid on for a couple of minutes. Then I take the lid off and keep cooking till the liquids evaporate. It steams them and they taste just like they would with the oil. Hope that helps :)

Thanks for all the suggestions. I think the general consensus is I will probably have to have at least a couple protein shakes, or bars in order to achieve it. I was hoping I wouldn't... but I am going to cut down the number still to a more achievable goal and start there. I will get some of the protein shakes/ bars…

my carbs are set to 89, and my fat at 55. That's per the calculator I used for my macros.

Thank you, I thought it seemed really high. Nobody else has really said how much protein they are eating per day. I know what sources to get protein from, but thought those numbers seemed too high for my calorie range. I might bring it down between 75 and 100. Thanks for the helpful answer :)

Well I went into the running store today, and they wouldn't run through the tests or the machine unless I was definitely going to buy a pair today. Thanks for posting those photos Tangal88, that's a great reminder that the number on the scale doesn't always tell wha'ts going on with your body. I get frustrated not seeing the numbers go down much, but then I see my clothes start fitting looser and more muscle tone and realize I am still losing :)

lots of things can cause your skin to break out, but if you are eating healthier and exercising you will eliminate toxins through your skin which can definitely cause breakouts.
