05/07 - 210.60 (OMAD Day 41) *0g Carbs* 48 HOUR FAST I'm very thankful for the overnight loss. I had planned on fasting on Sunday but my schedule turned out Saturday that my eating window would have been pushed out so late (I hate eating right before bed) that I decided to just hang in there a little longer, go to bed…

05/06 - 211.20 (OMAD Day 40) *14g Carbs* Thankful for the progress which continues at what I would call a steady pace. Certainly fast enough to keep me from growing impatient. Also at a pace that could not be considered a plateau. Finally at a pace the best preserves muscle. Because I have not started working out with…

05/05 - 211.60 (OMAD Day 39) *24g Carbs* My plans on the day changed as I skipped my waffle house meal. I found out that my pizzas were delivered so I decided to wait it out until I got back home. I ended up with a 30 hour fast as I was not able to eat until very late (8:30 PM). As you can see from my meal I tried each one…

Well I do include Avocados in a lot of my meals and broccoli and asparagus from time to time. My understanding is that fatty liver is more from excess carbohydrates and not fat or protein but I am no expert to be sure.

05/04 - 211.60 (OMAD Day 38) *14g Carbs* I decided to pick up a Rotisserie Chicken at the grocery and eat most of the fatty dark meat. Even though I added a 1/2 a chicken breast, in the end I was too full to eat it. It was a little dry anyway so no worries. I added a full avocado which made for about 1,250 calories on the…

Sure, every plate you see me post is between 1,150-1,250 calories. I do have a couple of coffees through out the day with a little half & half (less than 20 calories). I target for 70% Fat and 30% Protein with very little carbs. I typically see 65/35 more often. It usually works out to less than 100 g of Fat and same for…

05/03 - 212.00 (OMAD Day 37) *2g Carbs* I stayed the same today but I know that internal stored fat continues to melt like butter to a hot flame. Just continue grinding. For the past 2 days I have been able to get into dress shirts that used to belong to my son. I would have never been able to get into these before as I…

05/02 - 212.00 (OMAD Day 36) *1g Carbs* I am so thankful for the overnight loss. It seems maybe that 48 hour fast on Sunday kicked something back in gear as I had a more substantial loss today. Regardless I will continue on and sprinkle those in from time to time. I have decided to try and cut out 1 of my cups of coffee…

The only way I felt comfortable doing it was after I was fully KETO adapted. It really was not bad at all I must say

05/01 - 212.60 (OMAD Day 35) *0g Carbs* 48 HOUR FAST. I decided after being on OMAD for over 30 days now that I would try some of the "Next Level Stuff " that Joe describes in his video. This lead me to skip my one meal yesterday and pick back up today at my regularly scheduled time (48 hours later). I did consume about 72…

04/30 - 213.40 (OMAD Day 34) *14g Carbs* I went out for a late lunch with my wife yesterday and ate a few more calories than I usually do at closer to 1,400. I did keep my carbs very low. While I did not show an overnight loss something magical did happen this morning. As I was pulling my belt in to my newly discovered 3rd…

04/29 - 213.40 (OMAD Day 33) *0g Carbs* Progress is still progress no matter how small. This is a good example of why you don't try to project how quickly you will get to a number. Every time I have done that in the past it has blown up in my face. I will just continue on with the grind knowing that I will get to my goal…

04/28 - 213.60 (OMAD Day 32) *0g Carbs* Steady as she goes. All I have to do is stay the course and all my goals will be met. I am so thankful for this overnight loss. I appreciate finally knowing the method to achieving my goals. All I have to do is continue the grind, as they say and all my goals will be achieved. This…

04/27 - 214.20 (OMAD Day 31) 0g Carbs Just like clock work, I eat my tried and true meal and the weight starts to come off again. I'm and very thankful for getting back on track and registering a new low today. My next goal in sight is sub 210. I don't have a time table on it yet and won't add any pressure to get there by…

04/26 - 215.00 (OMAD Day 30) 0g CARBS "30 Days of OMAD!!!!!!" I am so thankful for my 0 Carb "Tried & True" Meal of (6) oz of Rib-eye steak, (5) oz of Salmon (or sardines), & (5) fried eggs. It really brought me back on track. I will try not to deviate from this "go to" meal for awhile until I get down to where I want to…

Thanks! Now I just got to get it back moving in the right direction

04/25 - 215.80 (OMAD Day 29) 22G CARBS I ended up having to extend my fasting window to 28 hours in order to accommodate some meetings at work. This lead to me eating my meal very late and very close to bed. I never like to do that. Also I was not able to get in all the fluids I normally would. The good news is my schedule…

04/24 - 215.00 (OMAD Day 28) LOW CARB Seems my very special occasion meal ended up causing a bit of a bump up on the scale this morning. No worries, as of today I will get back to my sardines tin with eggs and that little bump up will soon be a thing of the past. How in the world could I possibly have anything negative to…

04/23 - 214.60 (OMAD Day 27) LOW CARB I'm so appreciative of the overnight loss. I had to extend my fast from the typical 1:30 PM meal all the way to 5:30 PM (had to wait until the restaurant opened) but it was really not that difficult to do. I think if I were still burning sugar instead of fat I would have been ready to…

04/22 - 215.00 (OMAD Day 26) ZERO CARB I am very thankful for this overnight loss. I have a few milestones associated with this 215 lb weigh in. I had a soft goal of being at 215 by the end of April which I have met 8 days early. I say it was a soft goal as you never know the rate in which you will lose. I am grateful for…

Oh I agree whole heartedly. Just like Joe (OMAD REVOLUTION) says in many of his videos, there is a transition period that we all have to go through to get on the other side (transition from sugar to fat burners) Once there though life becomes a little easier. it still takes commitment and flat out "want to" but it is very…

Each morning I breathe into device and it measures how deep I'm in Ketosis. There are several colors that correspond to how deep. Red is the deepest (which while eating zero/low carbs you would expect), other colors like orange, yellow and green indicate lower levels. I use it as a motivator for me as I don't want to break…

04/21 - 215.60 (OMAD Day 25) ZERO CARB again without any problems. I am very thankful for this overnight loss. I've been thinking of adding rotisserie chicken into my rotation. I think it will help me to pull out the salmon and replace with a nice 1/4 chicken thigh/leg combo for the same 300 calories. I can do the same…
-
04/20 - 216.20 (OMAD Day 24) ZERO CARB again without any problems. I cooked up and cut up a bunch of rib-eyes and put in the freezer in 6 ounce portions. I have enough now for about 12 days. I have the same amount of days for the salmon as well. I'm starting to think I may want to cut down on the size of the salmon filet…
-
04/19 - 216.60 (OMAD DAY 23) ZERO CARB worked out really well. I will stick with this for awhile. I am about out of steak so I bought a bunch of rib-eyes and I will cook them on the grill today. I will go ahead and cut them up and sort them out into 6 oz bags to be frozen for the next couple of weeks. I'm feeling really…
