I am day 7 today liking it but had to miss yesterdays combo of a very busy day and also by time I finished tea I just had no energy to do training and went bed.

Liking Turbo Fire had to miss Thursday (was just too unwell). However did rest of the week so far. I have enjoyed it so far... However I would say my style is not elegant but I am sure by end of the 20 weeks I will be bit more graceful..

Well done on the 30DS results. I am on my second day of Turbo Fire plan also I have started to add walking to and from work. Made some big differences and also like Turbo Fire but heck is hard work. However what needed to keep me from making excuses not to do it.

Hello All Sounds like everyone had a good day. Day spent around village but walked into centre of village back twice. Had picnic on local park with son (as partner she was at work this afternoon) so good day and enjoyed warm weather. Town tomorrow as we hit shops for some birthdays presents we need to buy.

If body fat is taken with a machine that also weighs you etc then they are getting the reading by sending a electrical current around your body (nothing major and you don't notice it etc). However this method is not very reliable best option is pick up cheap pair of Calipers from Amazon.…
