if it's bad enough-maybe u shud c a MD_otherwise-i suggest 800mg ibuprofen if your not allergic-every 8hr-til it;s better- ice for first 48hrs of injury 20min every 1-2 hr, then moist heat 20min every 1-2hr. definitely do good stretching-yoga is a GREAT stretch and strengthening exercise-anyway-hope this helps!
