I think any day of working out is great, so I don't know how many days you "should" do. It is called the 30 day shred and says you can lose up to 20 pounds in thirty days, so I imagine you would need to do that videos everyday for maximum results. They have different levels too. I think if you do it a couple times a week…

The workout is three 6 minute circuits. 3 minute strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs. I have an HRM I wear during workouts that calculates my calories burned. It really does get your heart rate up too.

Wow. I tried it for the first time today and my butt is whooped. I know there are other 30 day shredders that started their own checkings. Today was my first day and on level one. Is anyone interested in creating a new group on Monday? I burned 235 calories with today's workout.

Ohhh that does sound yummy!
-
I posted in that one thanks. I am asking for DIFFERENT recipes then what are posted there. Thanks for the "Help" though. I might go with the chicken parm again. It is delicious, I was just hoping to find something quick and easy.
-
Okay. So I need to make dinner tonight and I need ideas! I have boneless skinless chicken breast. Preferably something I can bake...I tried the Chicken Parmigan already, so I am looking for something else. =D
-
I made the Chicken Parmigan tonight...SO GOOD! I don't like my cooking much, but this was delicious.
-
Does it have to be stale bread?
-
Also, what exactly are "italian seasonings" I appreciate this thread btw. I logged on to ask for chicken recipes myself and I smiled because this was the first thread I saw =D
-
I had a hard time following your directions. It sounds really nummy thought. Do you have a precise recipe by chance?
-
I saw this in Self Magazine from Jillian Michael;s. It's hard. I do it on the treadmill and I feel like I am going to fly off when I get to 9. Plus the treadmill makes a really loud noise when I go that high. I think I land heavy. =(

I got the F4 and it doesn't have interference. It works great and I personally think it is easier to use than the F6. Either way Polar is a good brand and has lots of options so you can choose what is right for you.

I might die. haha
-
Cool =D I was just concerned that while the workout may be intense, that 20 minutes wouldn't be enough. A lot of people say that your body gets the most benefits after 45 minutes =(
-
I am having a hard time getting myself to go down to the gym today, but I just got my 30 day shred DVD and am wondering if that would be a good enough workout for the day. Or you can kick my butt to go. =D
-
I haven't had that problem either. I put it on right below where my sports bra ends. I don't get any scratching or rubbing.
-
I weighed myself this morning before working out and I was 143lb. When I got back from working out my scale said 144lb. Is there a reason why I would weight a pound more when I didn't eat? Could be because of water?
-
Does anyone have healthy recipes that will fix my chocolate need? I am going crazy without chocolate but I don't want to over do it!
-
OOOOh! Awesome! =D
-
If the last 20 minutes of a work out is most effect then how good is doing only 20 minutes?
-
Thank you! That is what I was wondering. A lot of people say you have to eat your exercise calories. I just don't know if not eating them all would hinder weight loss.
-
Sorry if this seems stupid. I don't burn 1000 calories myself, not yet at least and I know that when I burn 200-300 I get excited that I get to eat 1500 calories instead of 1200 (though sometimes I find it hard to eat that much) So thinking if eating over 2000 and still being able to lose weight makes my head spin.
-
Okay, I know why we are supposed to eat out exercise calories but when I was reading how many calories some of you burn a day it made me question if we are supposed to eat that much. Say you set your caloric intake to 1200 a day. But then you exercise and burn 1000 does that mean you are supposed to eat 2200 calories?
-
So what is this workout good for? Is it cardio?
-
Yes, I did enter my weight, age etc into the Polar. Everything it asked! =D the treadmill asks for weight and age.
-
Thanks. It's just crazy to me because everything I read on here people were saying that the treadmill was saying they were burning more calories than they actually were. However, for me my HRM says I am burning more calories than my treadmill says.
-
"they" meaning most people on this site have said that equipment says you burn many more calories than you really are.
-
I got my new polar last week and I did pilates with it on and it said I burned 263 in one hour! Then today I did the treadmill and it said I burned 180 calories in 18 minutes which is MORE than what the treadmill itself said. The treadmill said I burned 105 calories. Is this really accurate? I thought the treadmills would…
-
It means that it won't interfere with other peoples HRMS. People are saying the F4 does not do that, but the website says that the F4 is coded.
-
Oh Hooray! I am starting to regret buying my F4 because everyone has an F6 =( From what I read the F4 is good and is coded so it won't interfere. So glad you are motivated! I wish I had a treadmill at home.
