I log it as aerobics for 30 minutes (it really is longer than 20 minutes from start to finish, much closer to 30). I just looked , and aerobics for 30 minutes is 260 calories, and circuit training for 25 minutes is 267 calories, so it's somewhere right around there.

I had left knee ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair in February, and the stationary bike was part of my physical therapy after surgery. I think that, if it does not hurt, then it's a good exercise for your knees.

Thanks for the information. I, too, tried Yoplait's "greek" yogurt and thought it was awful; nothing like a real Greek yogurt. But in case people are liking it and eating it (it does have LOTS of protein compared to regular yogurt), this is good to know!
