It sounds like none are going to help me count my burn in the pool. I guess I had the wrong idea. I really don't have much daily activity that I need to count calorie burn on, unless I go to the gym. That's all I really want it for.

Hmm... I haven't thought about Dubstep, I think I might like it for some lifting or even Cardio. But I tend to like things I can sing along to when I do cardio. So Dubstep remixes of songs I already like would be cool. But oh man, you made me thing about how next time I go to the gym I'm gonna listen to Cowboys from Hell…

I have a question about your swimming. What Did you do? Just laps? I'm getting to a point where I can't do my speed walking because of a problem with my leg so I need to spend more time in the pool. All I do so far is laps, but is that enough?

I'm over 300. I walk (fast), swim, and strength train. Sometimes I take a class like Zumba. I have trouble keeping up with the moves but I keep going and do what I can.

This sounds fun! I have a hard time making out through a while Zumba class because I have something wrong with my leg. But this I think I could do. They don't offer it here though.

Have you done Slimfast before? Cause I was using it just for a quick breakfast meal and it was making me really sick. Thanks! Yeah, I'm not at the point where I can run yet. It's very uncomfortable. But I know my heart gets pumping insanely at 3.5. So maybe that's what I need to do, or even try 4.

I've twisted my ankle before and it may have been that foot. I also tore tendons before, also may game been that foot. I can't be sure it was a long time ago. I'll look into that link. Thanks!
