No problem. It is great for people that are lactose intolerant. Ive tried soy milk but that stuff is kind of watery. Almond milk is just so milky tasting.

I wanted to try the chocolate one but I also wanted to try the vanilla one. I will get the 30 cal next and try that one with the chocolate. Thanks for the idea!

1 banana 2 table spoons of peanut butter some ice some water 1 or 2 scoop of GNC amplified wheybolic extreme 60 chocolate put it all in the blender in no specific order and let it rip. The gnc amplified whey extreme 60 is 20g of protein a scoop.

Thanks everyone for the replies!!! Very much appreciated!

Get the Fitbit. It is great! I love mine. After I bought it I learned that I can link it to myfitnesspal, like you mentioned, and thought it was very great. As far as the heart rate monitor. I would get a Polar RS100. But in reality, you don't really need one. As long as you're eating right and exercising you will lose…

My shoes feel perfect. Very light weight and I can breathe in them. It happens to my girlfriend too. I will try lifting my feet more.
-
I will try this tomorrow.

The shoes I wear are great. Very good support and fit perfect. Do they really swell? Why is that? Lack of blood flow?
-
Yeah, my feet always go to the front and thats when it starts.

instead of going out to mcdonalds and getting a milk shake i goto the gym and then come home and make a really good protein shake. banana 2 table spoons of peanut butter some ice some water 1 or 2 scoop of GNC amplified wheybolic extreme 60 chocolate put it all in the blender in no specific order and let it rip.

You will do great if you stick to it. Don't be in a rush. enjoy your walks, I know that I do. Any form of exercise is better than no exercise at all. Remember to use Myfitnesspal to help you along your journey to weight loss by logging your food and walks so that you have a better understanding of what is going on with…

No, but seriously... I would never endorse any type of diets. but this is what i know. Fat is a great source of energy. think of your macros. you have fats, carbs, and proteins. if you lower your carbs then your protein and fat is going to go up. so enjoy it. eat a steak. go have a big bacon and egg breakfast. but make…

The fat blocker I use is called exercise.

I lost 10 dozen eggs!!!!

lay on your stomach and lift your legs and lift your arms up in front of you like superman. it will strengthen your core. my high school p.e. teacher called them super mans.

a 5 day mile is better than no mile at all.

weight lifting + cardio > weight lifting or cardio
-
MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH PIROR TO WORKING OUT!!!!! When I first started I forgot to stretch and I was out for 1.5 weeks. lol. I however have the opportunity to goto a gym so I do cardio for 30 minutes then lift for 15 minutes. I never exercise for more than 45 minutes. You will lose body fat and it will take time just like…

Ive been eating the weight watchers ice cream bars. they are really satisfying and i think around 110 calories.
-
is that one you made? and was it good?
-
You all beat me to it!!! I was going to say make your own. lol.
-
I just ate an ice cream bar. It was really good. And I will still be losing 1-2 pounds a week. Eating a few cookies will be fine. Also, don't push yourself to lose 2 pounds exactly a week. It will stress you out. Just take your time and enjoy the journey. Just aim to lose weight and you will.

OUCH!!! I did this once in middle school as a kid. I slammed into the wall. I was just a kid so I was able to jump right up and get back on.
-
I don't hide that I am on a diet. I also do not go around and tell everyone I know though either. If someone happens to see that I am eating healthier than I used to eat and they ask I just tell them yes I am on a diet.

take out the old skillet. cut up some bacon to about the size of your pinky finger nail. (lets hope you don't have ridiculously long nails) cook the bacon. add brussels sprouts. add some water to steam them a little and cover with a lid. when the sprouts are tender throw a little butter on it and let it melt and enjoy.

there are many ways to look at this. sure it is bad for you. but sugar is worse than aspartame. i would chose to have regular old water over flavored aspartame drinks. nothing>aspartame>sugar
