I slice bananas and freeze them in 1/2 banana portions. So the bananas don't go bad and they thicken up the shake like ice.

I agree about the peanut butter. Yuk.

I asked a registered dietician about the products and she was pleasantly surprised at the ingredients. I LOVE the pancake syrup and chocolate syrup. I always have a salad dressing packet in my purse so I don't add unnecessary calories to a salad when eating out.
