I dont know how healthy any of it will be bur a californa roll is usually pretty inexpensive.

Welcome... Yes it does make you realize all the bad stuff you eat. I have only lost 1 lb but thats still good.

Sorry not me. My sister did however and it worked but when she stopped she gained all her weight back.

I am over in calories by 36 which I know is not alot but I have been so good about not going over.

This may be a stupid question but why do you have to eat your exercise calories? I am over my calories for the day and I plan on running when I get home. But do I have to eat all the colories i burn?

Good luck I was there at one time I finally just talked to them. Or you can always do what was mentioned abouve. Can you invest in one of those mini fridges? Are you and these girls friends before you became roomates?

Well cook everything you mentioned and for everyone else make a big bowl of pasta. I usually do angel hair pasta with some oil and seasonings and mix it all and it taste great. The seasonings I use everything I have.

What you could do and this sounds gross but do the vasoline at night and put socks over your hands thats what i do when my fet get so dry.
