i'm 5'4 and currently at 178. I wear a 10/12 and I have a very little butt, but quite the sizeable belly.

I have had this problem with the 30 day shred if I try to do it first thing in the morning, or after a strenuous time at the gym. For me, I think it's blood sugar/dehydration issues. Have you tried eating something small and making sure you're hydrated?

That's actually the thing I notice most about my weight loss is in my face. Pictures especially. double chin has shrunk, cheeks have slimmed down, and i can actually see AND feel my jaw bone again.
