I'd get fitted if I were you. I love my New Balance Minimus running shoes, but I mainly wear them for weight lifting or short intervals (i.e. no more than 20 minutes).

We have two Shetland Sheepdogs. My husband's old girl is almost 11 years old and my boy will be 6 years old this summer. We might get another one who's 3 years old. We also have a crazy 7 year old cat.

That's BS. It's totally irrelevant when you eat. You can eat 6 small meals a day or practice intermittent fasting (IF). What matters is finding a schedule that works for you.

I know "Starting Strength" by Mark Ripptoe has a section about children lifting weights. I haven't perused that part yet, so I don't know what his suggestion is. You might pick it up though if your son is interested in weight lifting.

I've been at my goal weight for 4 months now. I haven't gained any. In fact, I've lost a couple of pounds since I hit my goal weight. Just keep tracking and you'll do fine.

It should be fine. Super Saver Shipping just means your order won't be a priority, so it'll take a couple of weeks to arrive. I don't recommend using it anywhere near the holidays. I made that mistake several years ago and everything arrived late. :grumble:

This is what I was thinking too. I wash my face with Cetaphil in the evening before bed and only rinse it with water in the morning. Once or twice a week I'll scrub my face with St. Ives.
