You could lift weights on the in between days. You won't get as sweaty. I only wash my hair every 3 or 4 days. My hair is very fine, but I have lots of it. I used to wash it daily and then slowly over the past 3 years or so have decreased the frequency of washings. My hair now looks best on the second or third days after…

Oh yeah, and my milk supply hasn't suffered. Though it does get a boost when I decide to eat an absurd amount of food in a day (i.e. 3,000 calories every once in a while).

As everyone else has already said, up your calories. I've been on MFP since my son was 6 weeks old. This is also when I started exercising. I eat around 2,000 calories a day on average and I've lost over 40 pounds. I've mainly lifted weights and done a little bit of cardio. Good luck!

Congrats on quitting smoking (and the 5K)! I quit smoking about 10 years ago and I am so happy I did.

Yes, but I believe spray tans perpetuate the notion that in order to look or be healthy and youthful you must be tan.

If you want skin cancer and wrinkles go for it!

Umm....no. You just need women's pants that fit properly. Set aside some time to go try on different styles, especially the curvy ones suggested above. Express makes curvy pants that work well for hippy ladies. Good luck!
