Chair dips. Push-ups are first and foremost a chest exercise. Yes you'll work your arms somewhat, but not nearly as much as you'd think. If you belong to a gym start lifting heavy (for you).

Here, here! I couldn't agree more. My girls self-weaned at 19 and 20 months respectively and I'll let my son nurse as long as he likes. I'm well aware that my style of parenting isn't for everyone. I agree, the composition of the photo was designed specifically to rile people up.

This is what I was thinking. Lansinoh or Medela are both good picks. You might try nipple shields or "Lily Pads". You can find both in the breastfeeding section at Target.

According to Ripptoe from "Starting Strength" you shouldn't use gloves. I think he mentions it specifically in the deadlifts chapter. Since I stopped using gloves couple of weeks ago I've found I my grip is getting better. Straps are another option, but I'd try nixing the gloves first so you can work on your grip strength.…

Exactly. I'm aiming for a normal, possibly athletic BF%. I'm 5'6 130 lbs with a 25.5 BF% at the moment. I look like a combination of the chubby, curvy and normal women. All my chubbiness is in my stomach, otherwise, I'm pretty normal, with a slightly curvy body shape.

These flavors are tasty, but the package I got from Sam's wasn't as fresh as buying the boxes individually at Target. Plus, Target runs sales on protein powders/bars every couple of months.

My 9 month old son is still nursing. I started exercising when he was 6 weeks old and I just wore a Nike sports bra. If he needed to nurse while I was at the gym I would just pull the band up over my breasts to nurse him. It worked well enough and didn't stretch out the sports bra. Those things have so much elastic in them…

Frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a mix of them) slightly defrosted. A splash of half and half on the berries and a few semi-sweet chocolate chips. Delicious!
